GeeDevelopers Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the InfoDeck for Institutions application (the "App"), designed for schools, organizations, and businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in the context of institutional use.

- Administrator account information — Organization name, administrator email, and credentials for account management.
- User accounts within the institution — Member/staff accounts created by institution administrators, including names and email addresses.
- Content data — Information decks, announcements, and materials created and distributed within the platform.
- Usage analytics — Aggregate data on how the platform is used within the institution, to improve performance and features.
- Device information — Device and OS information for compatibility and diagnostics.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the App's information distribution and management features.
- To authenticate institution administrators and members.
- To deliver content to the right members within the institution.
- To ensure platform security and integrity.
- To improve the App and its enterprise features.
Data Sharing
We do not sell institutional data to third parties. Data may be shared with:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting and storage), under strict data processing agreements.
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies, only when legally required.
Data Retention
Institutional content and account data are retained for as long as the institution's account is active. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
Children's Privacy
If the institution serves users under the age of 13, the institution administrator is responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent in accordance with applicable law (e.g., COPPA, GDPR). We process such data on behalf of the institution.
Data Security
We employ enterprise-grade security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
Your Rights
